Muffin compares to a fresh banana bake.

Today in Wentworth, we got creative with our left over snack to create chocolate banana muffins. A great start to the term! 🍌

Marvellous Maths πŸ“πŸ–Š

Dear Parents and Carers,
We are looking forward to an exciting and purposeful half term ahead and would like to share an overview of what pupils will be learning across the curriculum.

What We’re Learning
English: Exploring audio and visual texts, focusing on The BFG.
Maths: Working towards the WJEC Shape unit.
Humanities: Studying tectonic events, with a focus on volcanoes, as part of a WJEC unit.
ICT: Creating our own websites using Canva.
Food Technology: Designing and preparing food dishes with an emphasis on healthy choices.

Classroom Highlights
We are incredibly proud of the outstanding physical progress pupils made last term, particularly in transfers. We kindly ask that, where appropriate and safe to do so, independence in transfers is encouraged at home, as we continue to support each pupil in developing their
independence and physical confidence.

Independence
All pupils will also take part in self-care sessions to develop independence as they move towards adulthood. We encourage these skills to be practised at home where possible.

Thank you for your continued support!
