The Durham boys had lots of fun during their science lesson this week, exploring how sound travels. They became little scientists and tried out some exciting experiments!
They made their own paper cones and used them to talk through, discovering how their voices could travel through the cone. They also put rice on cling film and made sounds to see if they could make the rice “dance”! 💃
To finish, the boys experimented with balloons, pulling the ends to let the air escape and listening to the loud noises they could make. 🎈
It was a fun and noisy lesson, with lots of exploring, experimenting and discovering how sound works! 👨🔬🔊
