Windsor class experimented with lard and plastic bags to understand that Antarctic animals have a layer of blubber to help keep them warm within Antarctica. We felt which hand was the coldest when having a bare hand and a hand covered with a layer of blubber (lard). Everyone came to the conclusion that the hand covered with the layer of blubber stayed warm, although everyone thought it felt a little strange but funny
