Our children went on a trip to the pumpkin patch! They chose there own pumpkins and looked for tractors! Our children then chose pictures and the grown ups carved it out. The children explored the inside of a pumpkin, looking at the colour, the smell and felt the different textures. Some liked the textures- some not so keen! We talked about making pumpkin soup and other tasty treats with the seeds.
