We have been loving learning about the topic ‘Beat Band Boogie!’ in Durham class. We have practiced making a beat with different objects, such as kitchen utensils, drums, sticks and we even made our own bottle shakers and guitars! We have also been experimenting with high and low pitch, making our voices go really high and low! It has been so fun to hear different styles of music, like skat music, throat singing and jazz!
