Yesterday our pupils carried out a science experiment to test insulation. They measured how well different materials – fabric, foil, bubble wrap and paper kept water warm. Pupils recorded their results and discovered which was the most effective insulator. As part of the lesson, pupils also explored around the school to investigate how energy is wasted. They noticed many devices plugged in unnecessarily – they weren’t charging anything. A great reminder of the importance of our energy saving habits.🫙👩🔬💡
