As part of our Volcano topic in Science, we have been doing a few Art projects to support our understanding of the material. For example, the students worked together as a class to create a GIANT volcano, painting the rock and sticking on tissue paper for the eruption. The giant volcano is now in display in our classroom, alongside the students recent classwork! The students also used modelling clay to create 3-D models of the Earth, carefully rolling different coloured clay to create the layers that we could see when we cut them open! Well done everyone!!
