Durham Class joined us for “A Day in the Life of a Victorian Child!”
A Victorian school teacher came to see us to show us what life was like for school children in the Victorian era. We learnt about the cane and wore a Dunce hat. We wrote on slates and with ink pens and, in the afternoon, played games that Victorian children would have played. We had a lot of fun!
