Today we had an amazing day, finishing our session in the Life Skills kitchen by making our own Fair trade brownies!
Balmoral put all the skills they have been practicing throughout their task series into action; chopping, mixing, weighing and stirring. It was wonderful to see everyone working so confidently and independently, and the delicious brownies at the end were the perfect reward for all their hard work!
