Ah, this is the life!
We all enjoyed our morning footbaths. Some us also enjoyed splashing about in the water.

We have learnt all about Tide pools as part of our Coast topic. We created our own tide pool. It was fun making sea creatures, shells and seaweed. Watch out for the crab!
As part of our topic Coast we found out about different seaside towns. What is there to go and visit? What is the town famous for? What is your favourite seaside town to visit?
In maths we have moved on from learning about halves to quarters. We folded our shapes into 4 equal parts.
During our growing up days we learned why it is important to keep ourselves clean. We practiced brushing teeth and washing our dolls.
It’s always good to know which direction is which. We spent time outside following directions. We also learned about clockwise and anti clockwise. Going round nearly made us dizzy!
Our new topic in maths is positioning. We learned new vocabulary and used a toy to show different positions in relation to a box.
We investigated objects made of different materials to see if they float or sink. We are expert scientists so we made predictions first. Then carried out our experiments. We even managed to not get too wet!
We are learning about money in maths. We are learning what each coin looks like and their value. Now we just need to think of what to spend all our money (or our mum’s and dad’s) on!
We enjoyed visiting different countries, learning different cultures and of course sampling the food! We made our own pyramids and wrote our name in hieroglyphics in Egypt, made our own tasty pizza in Italy and made our own fancy hat in Germany.
