Finley has independently initiated tasks been asked of him all week during task series programmes. Well done Finley 😊

This week Hardwick have been learning all about earthquakes. We listened to loud sounds, shook the parachute and went on a bump ride around the school grounds to feel the vibrations like earthquakes.  

George did really well in picking up a paint stick using good controlled movements. Well done George 😁

For our Chinese New Year celebrations Hardwick have explored the taste and textures of Chinese food, George loved it! We also made lots of dragons in art and had a lovely sensory morning listening to Chinese music 🎑 Happy Chinese New Year!

Thomas has been listening well in class during good morning circle time and when moving around the classroom. He has followed instructions been given really well. Well done Thomas 😊

Hardwick class had a fantastic morning at the local library this week. It was perfect for our ‘What’s that sound?’ Topic and listening to loud and quiet sounds. Eliza did some fantastic singing along. 🎶

Finley has been really engaged listening in class this week. He has been giving continuous eye contact to an adult when they are talking to him. Well done Finley 😊

Hardwick class have really enjoyed a science walk this week, we have learnt all about the parts of plants and really enjoyed hunting some down on our walk. The children did really week spotting them! Hopefully next time we go the flowers will have bloomed. 🌷 Let it grow, let it grow!🎶
