It’s Winter!

We have started to learn about winter this week! We have loved learning about the snowy mountains in the Himalayas in our geography lesson. We are very excited to see what else we learn about winter!

Pasta bake 🍝🥦🥖

After deciding on a recipe and shopping for the ingredients, Wentworth class spent the morning in the life skills kitchen cooking their own lunch. What they created was a delicious chicken and chorizo pasta bake paired with a healthy salad and garlic baguette. Our pupils can’t wait to create their next heavenly dish!👩🏻‍🍳😋

We had lots of fun in Appleby class celebrating a birthday with an edible sensory party. We touched, tasted and explored different foods. Our friends from Warwick class came to join us, which made the day even more special. We had lots of smiles, messy hands and lots of happy learning together.
