We in Warwick 2 have been very busy spying on our 5 little caterpillars, we have been learning lots of facts about them too!
We can’t wait to see what they turn in to?
Today Wentworth had a measurement lesson outside. The pupils practiced some measuring in meters with a trundle wheel and measuring tape. It was a fun way to bring learning to life.🦋
The Warwick class were asked to design their perfect garden and they looked amazing! They explored different textures and had fun bringing them to life! We’d love if our garden looked like these!
We had the most amazing time at sports day! All children demonstrated great sportsmanship throughout, encouraging their peers as well as other children within Paces. Their enthusiasm and motivation was fantastic to see, pushing themselves and trying new and exciting challenges.
It’s always good to know which direction is which. We spent time outside following directions. We also learned about clockwise and anti clockwise. Going round nearly made us dizzy!
We all had such a fun time Rifle Shooting at Hesley Wood. We learnt how to get the gun ready to shoot, and then shot at a target with help from our adults. We can’t wait to go back again!
We have been learning to tell the time to o’clock in maths, thinking about where the minute and hour hands need to be.
What an amazing Sports Day we’ve had! We have enjoyed parachute games, Boccia, water relay and lots more. And to top it off…Chatsworth were crowned this year’s winners for fantastic engagement!
